An enthusiastic LTA Licensed Level 4 Tennis Coach, working with young tennis players and adult intermediaries at a local club in West Sussex. My successful coaching philosophy is to drive participation at local level through adopting a patient, understanding and encouraging attitude. I ensure that players learn the skills required to take-up and play the game successfully, and then develop their skills both tactically and technically, so they become the most competent players possible.
