I am a chartered sport and exercise psychologist and professional tennis coach with over 13 years of experience in developing players. With my background, I am ideally placed to help players become mentally tough competitors and maximise their performance on both a psychological and technical level. I am highly skilled at helping players overcome issues relating to lack of confidence, nervousness, worries and concerns about performance and social comparison.
